DansPens began in 2018 with a simple idea: a pen should never be the reason your thoughts stop flowing. Founded by Dan, a self-proclaimed stationery enthusiast and lifelong believer in writing things down, DansPens started as a small side project after years of frustration with pens that skipped, leaked, dried out, or simply felt terrible to use.
What began with a handful of prototypes tested around a kitchen table quickly became a mission to create a pen that could handle everything from quick grocery lists to long study sessions and important business meetings. After months of testing different inks, materials, grips, and barrel designs, the first DansPens model was released. It wasn't revolutionary. It wasn't trying to be. It was simply a really good pen.
Today, DansPens continues to focus on the details that matter: smooth writing, reliable ink, comfortable design, and materials that feel premium without making the pen unnecessarily complicated. We believe great ideas can happen anywhere, and everyone deserves a pen that is ready when they are.
Write better. Think freely. Choose DansPens.
